CBC Library

Located in the church is a library offering a wide variety of resources for all ages.

About us

Our church library began as a vision to provide quality, acceptable reading and research material for every member of the family. The library has grown from one book in 1961 to over 5,000 volumes in 2018.

The volunteer staff is energetic and very aggressive in getting new material and keeping the facility up to date. The church provided a new room to house books and materials in 2011. During the time of construction, the old library was shut down to make it computerized.

We are fortunate to have a reading room, which contains church history and precious, old volumes that may be used, but must remain in the room

Resources

If you are looking for excellent materials and literature to assist you in the study of God’s Word, and wholesome reading for the entire family, our church library has them. Subjects range from Biblical studies, missions, devotions, biographies, finances, U.S. History and more. Should you be in want of a DVD for the family or a child, you will find it in our library. Sunday School and Academy teachers have found the library very helpful in their research and presentations. A computerized catalog is dedicated for patrons to use in their research of available library materials.

Hours

The church library is open on Sundays from 9-9:25 AM, and one half hour or more, if needed, after the morning service; as well as 5:30-5:55 PM, and one half hour or more, if needed, after the evening service. Wednesday hours are 6:30-6:55 PM, and one half hour after the service.

"The library workers really enjoy working together in adding material and constantly making improvements. What we really enjoy is seeing the library used!"
